The Columbus Dream Center is a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to providing hope to low-income, homeless, and under-served individuals and families in Columbus, OH.

International Friendships – Campus Ministry
Phil & Ellen Foell
Phil is part of the IFI team to fulfill the Great Commission by reaching International students at OSU that come from many nations. He leads a weekly Bible study with students seeking to know God and is responsible for planning the Strategic Outreach events for IFI to connect with hundreds of new students each year.

Heartbeat International
Heartbeat International, headquartered here in Columbus, equips, encourages, and envisions its pregnancy help organizations with leadership, tools, training, and experienced consultation necessary to effectively serve their communities. Heartbeat is the first network of pro-life pregnancy resource centers founded in the US and it is now the most expansive in the world.

Mission Columbus
Tyler Flynn
Tyler is a Senior Fellow with Mission Columbus, an organization that works with local urban schools to provide tutoring to a number of schools. He also helps to coach, mentor, and connect local pastors and leaders in the Columbus area.

H2O Church at The Ohio State University
Jeremy & Kathy Borsos
The college years are an extremely impressionable time, when many people will build foundations for the rest of their lives. H2O’s purpose and mission is to help young people become grounded upon the foundation and love of Jesus Christ.

Our Daily Bread
Our Daily Bread is a ministry of Christian Community that provides food and spiritual nourishment to people in need. We partner with The Better Way Ministry in the Short North.

PLAN of Central Ohio
PLAN’s mission is to provide personalized care and access services that enhance the quality of life for a mentally disabled family member, both now and for the future. PLAN offers peace of mind for families who care for loved ones with mental disabilities by providing planning and lifelong assistance.

Pregnancy Decision Health Centers
PDHC has been providing alternatives to abortion to women in central Ohio since 1981. All of PDHC’s services are at no cost and are confidential.

GLOBALLY

Agape Home (Thailand)
Roy & Avis Rideout
The Agape Home for Babies and Children with HIV/AIDS has been home to more than 280 children since opening in May 1996, and is currently home to 90 children. Their goal is to provide the love and care of a family.

Bethany International (Netherlands)
Koen & Linda Hartman
Since the Fall of 2001, the Hartman’s have been working in the Netherlands among the Muslim refugees, with a focus on Afghan immigrants specifically.

Crossfire International
Joe & Gina Dewhurst
Based in El Salvador, Joe and Gina work with local churches to establish youth and young adult ministries world wide.

Roger & Robin Harsh (Czech Republic)
Roger and Robin have been working in the Czech Republic since 1991. Much of their work has been devoted to establishing gypsy churches in the Czech Republic and Ukraine. They frequently work with mission teams to reach out to the poor and marginalized.

International Friendships Inc. (The Ohio State University)
IFI is a Columbus-based mission organization that aims to reach the world by ministering to international students in central Ohio. IFI develops leaders, many of whom will return to their native countries following their graduation.

Pioneers
Asha Negi
Asha is serving in the Himalayan Mountains sharing the message of God’s love in an area that is less than 1% Christian. She is learning the local language while working as a nurse.

Seed Company
Ken & Linda Schmitt
Ken works with Seed Company, an affiliate of Wycliffe Bible Translators. In his role as Senior Vice President for Field Operations, Ken oversees translation projects around the world.

Wycliffe Bible Translators – Choco Project (Colombia)
David & Penelope Pickens
David and Penelope partner with a team of missionaries whose goal is to translate the Scriptures into five Choco languages: Basurudo, Baudo, Chami, Epena, and Tado. The Chocoan people live in remote areas of the Western Pacific jungles of Colombia. These oral cultures previously had no alphabets.

Wycliffe Bible Translators – Global Focus
Andrew & Lindsay Flemming
Wycliffe’s goal is to see a Bible translation project started in every language of need by the year 2025. Andrew is excited to play a strategic role in seeing this goal come to fruition. He serves in the president’s office working as Associate General Counsel and managing special projects for the executive leadership team.
